First, please fill out our coaching questionnaire and waiver form.  This will GREATLY help us prepare for your first session. No waiver = no workout.

 

Next, send your PayPal payment to rachel@phillysurgerunning.com, or bring cash to the session.

 

Finally, no matter what shape you're currently in, make sure you've got some new-ish properly fitting running shoes.  Lace 'em up and we'll see you at the track!
